DID YOU KNOW: Since their acquisition of WhatsApp, Facebook have created a new version of WhatsApp for businesses? Now you do.
Dark social is on the rise as customers prefer communicating in safe spaces, and WhatsApp is an integral part of this. So, what is different about Business WhatsApp?
First of all it has a different icon, so you can tell which version of the app you have downloaded.
You can set your profile up with a web address, an email address, a description about your business and more.
There is a ‘share URL’ option, so that you can easily share a link for people to add you on WhatsApp.
You can set an away message, a quick response, and a greetings message.
There are whispers of other features coming soon, but we don’t like to spread rumours... What we do know is that as the app continues to develop, features will help increase remote communication, whilst enabling you to separate work / home life and switch off from tech when you need to. How delightful!
