The starting point

Sophie is a running physiotherapist with brilliant knowledge to share. But her account was stuck at around 12K followers, and good content alone wasn’t moving the numbers.

What I did

First, I taught Sophie how the algorithm works and what makes a post go viral. She took that knowledge and ran with it, creating content that blew up her account.

Once that was working, I gave her a repeatable post structure, so she could keep creating viral posts on demand instead of hoping for a lucky one.

The result

Sophie has grown from 12K to 61K followers, with multiple viral posts and paid brand campaigns. The 20K milestone came in what felt like the blink of an eye, and she kept going.
